Stage 2: Regulate + Reframe

This stage works on two levels: Stabilising how your nervous system responds under pressure, and changing how you interpret it. Separating facts from fear. Urgency from importance. Temporary problems from existential threats.

Stage 3: Lead + Reinforce

The final stage is about embedding it into how you lead your team... How you make decisions... And the habits that make calm leadership consistent rather than occasional.
